Navigating the challenges of this new landscape, our focus was on ensuring attendees felt safe while reinforcing the core purpose of the gathering. Rotary entrusted L!VE to lead these efforts and bring their vision to life.

Our team developed a comprehensive package to meet Rotary’s thematic, scenic, and streaming needs for their event. Centered around the theme "Discover New Horizons," we crafted a cohesive narrative that inspired three distinct set designs: Breaking Barriers, Perseverance, and Lift Off. Each design seamlessly integrated elements that extended into speaker support and video content. Additionally, we created a mini streaming studio for each design, ensuring consistency and visual impact across all aspects of the event. This option provided a live stream alternative for those who felt attending the event in person was unsafe.
