Challenge

As part of the UC homecoming weekend, UC needed an event that could cater to a wide variety of audiences (donors, alumni, current students, and staff) at their annual Bicentennial Bash. Given that this event was competing for attendees (with the homecoming game and parade that same weekend), a captivating event was necessary.

Solution

A high-energy evening deemed worthy of adding to visitors’ hectic weekend schedules was designed and produced. Several tiers of the event experience were implemented, from V.I.P. treatment to free general admission.
