The Mercy Health Angels Among Us event is an annual gala that honors employees, physicians, and volunteers while also serving as a vital fundraiser to support and extend Mercy Health's healing mission. L!VE was tasked with designing a unique event experience that pampered and delighted guests, all while overcoming the challenges and constraints of the venue—a hangar at Lunken Airport, home to Waypoint Aviation.

Our team crafted an immersive experience that leveraged the unique features of the venue, exceeding our client's expectations. We transformed the event by projecting speaker support onto the massive 120-foot-wide hangar door, creating dynamic lighting that transitioned seamlessly from day to night, and branding the space with wayfinding and environmental graphics. To further elevate the experience, we surprised guests with a live concert, making the event truly unforgettable.
